How do I get today's deal?
To purchase today's deal, just click "BUY" through our website or daily email alert before the deal ends. If the "WOW Point" is reached (the minimum number of people sign up), we'll send you a link to print your voucher to redeem. If enough people sign up, everyone gets it. If not, no one gets it and your money will be refunded the same day. The group makes deals happen – so invite your friends to make sure you get the deal!
What happens if the "WOW Point" is not reached?
If not enough people sign up, the deal falls through and your money will be refunded the same day. Better luck tomorrow!
When does my voucher expire?
Most vouchers have an expiration date. You can also login to your account to find out when your voucher will expire. It never expires on the date of purchase.
I bought a voucher. Now how do I use it?
Once you purchase a voucher, you'll be directed to a page where you can print your voucher straight away or you can sign into your account at a later date and print your voucher. Each voucher has redemption instructions.
Can I gift my voucher to someone else? Even if it has my name on it?
Yes! Feel free to gift your voucher to whomever you want even if it has your name on it.
What if I don't finish the full value of my voucher in one visit? Can I redeem my voucher in parts?
Sorry, but unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. If you don't think you can use it all, bring a friend along and share the joy!
